will he disturbed as a resu L' of the Eckman Par4: ::°.::pansinn. T'ne mines are
dragline and s'novel operations removing predominantly Federal coal and a shall
percentage of private coal. Tha coal is shipped 'o}' the Uanver and 'a o-Grande
Railroad to Illinois Power Company and [he Public Service Conpan}• of
