<br />f3ROTION 20. Twenty-eocond. That any person oaporeonsoparatingany metalliferouemine or mill and'
<br />employing five or mote men,eball report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie com- v
<br />meoced andwhen stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year, -
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee Ia charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name o4 the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number o4 men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into minete, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aeeorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the p[ovieions of
<br />this section ahalibe furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner,ageat, manager or lessen operating a metalli4eroue mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Eaile to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not othorwiea provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescnbed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oP not lees than twenty-five dollars (625.00), nor more than three hundred dollars 03(10.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion o4 the court.
