<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working cbntinuouely shall report on or before December 1, oP each year,
<br />together. with .the names oL the owners and managers or lessee in charge oY said work, together with the .
<br />poeto~ce eddteee, the name o4 the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oY men employsd, diroctty ar indirectly, the same being claeeifled into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermea, ore sesortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oY
<br />this section shall be furnished. upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-edventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or ]eases operating a metallifaroue mine or mill in
<br />this state, who faileto comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a Hoe oP not less than twenty-flvo dollars (825.00), nor more than three hundred dollare(8300.00), Yor
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
