<br />SECTION ?A. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliYerons mine or m
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau oY Diines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working eontianonaly shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names oY the owners and managers or lessee in chargo oP said work, together with
<br />the Qostofflce address, the name oY the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the county sad mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermea, ore asaorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the pmciaions of this section shall be furnished upon application by tha Commissioner oY Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, sad, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-fits dollars ($`.5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
