Dozer nnc! buzz saw <br />were used as evidenced by cut and ripped stumpage. <br />2. Cut timber has been windrowed along the Colorado River Co within 10 to _°0 f~~~t of the <br />bank for the entire length of the pcr;mit boundary. <br />3. 1'he windrow is heavily mired w.iUt the boles, branches, and stumps oC the ~~~tl~nr.~ood <br />[re es, along with soil, indicating that much of the material was pushed [herr•~~~irh a dozer <br />blade. <br />4. Screeners have been stored on the northern portion of the site, however. n~~~~ther <br />equipment or heavy machinery was observed. _ <br />5. The 25 foot buffer ner.t Co adjaccnC lands has also been disturbed. No tr.•.~ -end only <br />some patches of grass remain. <br />6.
