M. as requested by Mr. Henry Barbe. <br />I performed gob pile density tests as requested by Mr. Barbe of material being <br />placed on the lower refuse pile using nuclear soil density test methods. <br />Please refer to the test results sheets for approximate test locations and test <br />results. The test locations were determined by west Elk Mine. The test results <br />- indicate only the relative compaction and soil moisture content of the material <br />tested at the elevation and location tested at the time of our site visit. <br />A Proctor sample was also obtained from the lower refuse pile and returned to <br />the laboratory for further testing. <br />P.O.BOX 3966 P.O.
