Long <br />Division Dueclor <br />The status of the artesian well was further investigated to consider the appazent pipe connection <br />from the lower fan shaft to a monitor pond and weir at the start of an irrigation ditch. <br />A pace and compass survey was conducted on 17 May 2000 from the well and the fan shafr <br />portal (see Figure 1 attached). Azimuths are uncorrected magnetic. The distance (straight line) <br />from the shafr to the well is approximately 213 feet. Figure 2 is a map from the file. The survey <br />places the well in the approximate location shown. A remnant weir baffle was found in the <br />location shown on the map.
