Cheyenne County Pit #1 (Permit M-83-105}-Perrnit area boundaries were <br />adequately marked by September 14, 2001 in order to comply with specific <br />corrective actions required by the Division of Minerals and Geology. <br />2. Ackerman Pit (Permit M-87-099}--A legible ID sign has been posted, and <br />pictures providing proof of such action are included with this notice. <br />3. Allen Pit (Permit M-47-013}-Permit azea boundaries were adequately <br />marked by September 14, 2001 in order to comply with specific corrective <br />_ actions re uired b the Division of Minerals and Geolo <br />4. unc tt ermtt - - otnmtssroner on e e an District <br />#3 Forman, Jerry Hoss, are currently in the process of acquiring and posting <br />legible ID sign at the Munch Pit site, and a picture providing such evidence <br />will be provided to the Division of Minerals and Geology_ _ J <br />If you have any further questions or concerns regazding these four Cheyenne County <br />gravel pits, please call our office at (719)-767-5872.
