Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Unresolved Problems Related to: Eleven Mile P (File M-1980-014) Sulphur Mtn Gravel <br />Pit (File M-1977-365), Ansley Flat Pit (File M-1980-251), <br />Dear Mr. Lynn, <br />It has come to the attention of the Division of Minerals and Geology that problems noted in past mine site <br />inspection reports either have not been corrected, or have been corrected, but documentation of the <br />corrective actions taken were not submitted to our office. <br />Please see the enclosed inspection reports for your mine site, issued as a result of past inspections of <br />these sites.
