Specifically, the <br />Division instructed Aggregate Industries to submit a plan with specific construction details and <br />an abatement timetable to correct a potential problem with the existing spill control structure that <br />houses a large fuel tank by July 25, 2004 (see May 6, 2004 inspection report). Aggregate <br />Industries requested a 90-day extension of the corrective action due date. <br />The extension request is hereby approved.
