The plantings meet the requirements of the approved <br />Corrective Action Plan and the Modified Board Order of July 25-26, 1990. You <br />have met all of the deadlines set in the Bord Order and Conditional Crease and <br />Desist Order. You may continue mining. <br />Castle Concrete should monitor the tree plantings and replace trees as <br />necessary to achieve densities equal to the surrounding areas. The Division <br />will evaluate tree establishment success no sooner than during the summer of <br />the fifth growing season. <br />During the inspection of the tree plantings, three problems were <br />discussed with you in the field. The attached inspection report <br />problems and the agreed-to corrective actions. Please refer to <br />corrective action deadlines.
