As agreed during the field inspections, the Operator
was to attempt weed control measures as soon as possible. Unfortunately, adverse weather
precluded spraying for weed control during October or early November. Frequent and
persistent high winds prevented the Operator's field personnel from safely and effectively
applying necessary herbicides.
When the seasonal winds diminished, a hard freeze followed. The knapweed plants are now
closed and desiccated, and consequently, application of herbicide would not be effective this
season. The Operator will monitor the noted infestations and spray for noxious weed control
as soon as practicable next spring.
Please let us know if you have any questions. International Uranium (USA) Corporation's
- Denver office can be contacted at 303-628-7798 for the foreseeable future.
Sincerely,
~~~
Terry V.
