Natural Resource Trustee <br />Dear Mr. Stewart: <br />Division of Minerals and Geology has received Valco's request for an extension to the <br />deadline for stability and materials reports for the above referenced pit. Staff understands <br />that Valco has hired a consultant, who is preparing the reports and more time is necessary <br />to complete the tasks. Therefore, staff is more than happy to extend the deadline so the <br />reports can be accomplished and submitted together.
