Enforcement <br />action Eorthcomina. <br />OBSERVATIONS OF IMPORTANCE: <br />1. A considerable portion of land appears to be disturbed outside of the desiynated <br />permit area. <br />2. Highways present. <br />3. Erosion is extensive. <br />4. Annuals (weeds) have invaded pit and surzounding az'eas. <br />5. Disposition of topsoil is unclear. No significant topsoil stockpiles observed. <br />RECQVR~IEI`IDATIONS <br />1. The size, mining and reclamation timetable and disposition of topsoil, should be <br />clarified in the annual report/notice of intent to continue. <br />2. Areas disturbed outside permit area should be amended. <br />3.
