Unfortunately, <br />the majority of the information enclosed herein was on site, however, our <br />representative was unaware of its location. We have since resolved that <br />communication problem. <br />Enclosed with this letter please find the following documents: <br />- Development and Extraction Permit <br />- All Air Quality Emission Permits <br />- All Water Quality NPDES Permits <br />- Recent NPDES Ponitoring Reports <br />- Brief description of the current groundwater baseline data <br />gathering <br />- Most recent ground water data <br />Please note that all of the above material is on site for your inspection <br />at the Fruita Mine.
