"
Judith Sirota, the Mesa County Weed Inspector looked at the weeds on the site and said
that they were annual weed and not noxious weeds. We would prefer to leave these
weeds in place until active mining begins on the site for wind and water erosion control.
The estimated 1501oads of material dumped on the site is sediment from our concrete
reclaimer which consists of hydrated cement and sand. This material is clean and inert as
defined by Rule 1.1(20), and I hereby certify by signing this letter.
This material will be placed in the fills of the processing area site using standazd
earthwork compaction equipment.
The dumped construction scraps noted in the southeast corner are not in the permit limits.
This material is from the demolition on an old house on this site.
Please contact me if you have any further questions regarding these responces.
Sincerely,
~~~ _.
Edward J. ettle, P.E.
