Aggregate Industries requested a 90-day extension of the corrective action due date. You
were told that a-mail requests aze not acceptable. To date a hard copy request for an extension of
the corrective action due date has not been received. So, therefore, the July 25, 2004 due date is
still applicable. The approved extension request sent to you on June 22, 2004 will be withdrawn
since it was sent to you assuming that you would send a hazd copy request to the Division within
a few days.
If you have any questions, please call me at 303-866-4060.
Sincerely,
~~~-u~~ ~
James Dillie
Environmental Protection Specialist
~cc: Harry Posey (e-mail)
Office of Office of Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey
