On Friday, January 31, 1997, the day following your discovery of the unacceptable <br />situation, a crew was dispatched to the site to remove the waste oil, and to dispose of the waste oil <br />and contaminated soil. <br />Proof of the cleanup is evidenced by the photographs that are included with this letter.
