We submit the following as corrective actions to the problems noted.
1) A sign is posted and boundaries clearly marked. Picture is attached to show
the signage.
2) The photo # 7 is a view of Cell # 3 and the area where inert fill is being
deposited. The apparent discrepancy from the procedures depicts a concrete
mixer truck which may be depositing waste concrete on the bank. This
activity is not per our procedure and is not authorized. Since this time we
have eliminated this possibility of unauthorized activity by not allowing any
concrete trucks imo this area. We are now re-cycling 100% of the returned
concrete. We are enclosing a letter from The Division which through our
interpretation that "notification of disposal of inert material does not need to
be processed as a Technical Revision to the permit, as per Rule 3.1.5(9)." We
apologize if the notification given to the Division about depositing inert into
cell # 3 was not adequate.
3) Enclosed is the noxious weed plan developed by Eco-Rx, LLC after
consultation with Atttltony Waldron. Please allow us some additional time to
submit the Technical Revision as requested because it is our intention to
include some other changes into this Technical revision.
