The mine started operating <br />in September, thus allowing only 3 inspections in the remaining months. <br />A total of two problems were noted during the inspections. One problem <br />concerned clogged conditions of the Pond 2 dewatering pipe. This problem has <br />been abated. <br />The other problem concerns certification of sediment ponds after they are <br />reconstructed according to design.
