The TDN was written to Trapper Mine for failure to list the all-clear <br />signal in the public blasting schedule posted in a newspaper of general <br />circulation. <br />The Division received a copy of a corrected blasting schedule from Trapper <br />Mining, Inc. on August 23, 1985. We have also received a copy of the schedule <br />as published in the Northwest Colorado Daily News on August 29, 1985. <br />Therefore, Trapper Mining, Inc. is not in violation of our regulation <br />4.08.3(2) at this time. <br />Copies of the appropriate referenced documents are enclosed for your review. <br />If you have any questions, please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~~ <br />Brian E.
