Operation is proceeding as planned and is neat and orderly. No problems <br />were noted at the time of inspection. <br />2. No topsoil stockpiles were noted during the inspection. However, the <br />soil report notes that the topsoil is a poor growth medium for use in <br />reclamation due to high sodium content. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1. Proceed according 'to plan.
