Reclamation Resources, Inc., by and through Den is <br />Ducommun, has outlined the aerial photograph which you forwarded a cording to <br />your instructions. <br />With respect to your further inquiries, the response of Reclamation <br />Resources, Inc. is as follows: <br />1. The amount of acres currently disturbed: Five (5) acres; <br />2. The number of acres currently bonded: Twenty-five (25~ acres; and <br />3. The number of acres released from reclamation responsi ility by <br />the Division: No acreage has been released from reclamation respo sibility by <br />the Division. <br />I apologize for the delay in returning the photograph to you however, <br />in my transmission of the photograph, etc., to our client, there w s some <br />misunderstanding as to what you were requesting, and therefore the matter was <br />somewhat delayed. i <br />I <br />
