Box 85 <br />342 7`h Avenue <br />Ouray, CO 81427 <br />RE: Inspection Scheduled for April 9, 2004, ZMK Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-1991-146. <br />Dear Mr. Patterson, Mr. Zannett, and Mr. Larson: <br />DMG has scheduled an inspection of the ZMK Gravel Pit for April 9, 2004. <br />Prior to the inspection, DMG will be meeting with Mr. Patterson at his property adjacent to the <br />ZMK property. The meeting with Mr. Patterson will begin at 8:00 a.m. on April 9, 2004. <br />The inspection will occur after DMG has concluded it's meeting with Mr. Patterson. DMG <br />anticipates that the inspection will begin at 10:00 a.m. DMG will be conducting a complete <br />inspection of the ZMK permit area followed by a thorough review of available records. <br />Please ensure that the property boundary, separating lands owned by Mr. Patterson from lands <br />owned by ZMK, are clearly delineated.
