Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee ' <br />On August 11, 2004, the Division notified Lafarge West, Inc. of the stipulations that were placed on approval of <br />the Loveland Pit, Permit No. M-2000-034 when the pemvt was issued in 2001. According to Division records, <br />none of the three stipulations have been complied with. As per your request, the Division conducted an <br />inspection of the site on February 3, 2005 to determine the necessary steps to address and comply with the three <br />stipulations. Attached, please find the inspection report that was submitted to you under sepazate cover. <br />Please review the required corrective actions to be in compliance with the permit.
