OBSERVATIOfrS OF IhIPOKTANCE:
1. The riprapped bank of the river appears to be secure. However, the berm
between the river and the mine operations is not presently 100' in width;
as is required in the permit. The narrowest section is 73' wide.
2. There is considerable erosion just downstream from the riprapped bank.
3. No topsoil stockpiles were found on the affected land during this inspection.
