Enforcement <br />action forthcoming. <br />OBSERVATIOfrS OF IhIPOKTANCE: <br />1. The riprapped bank of the river appears to be secure. However, the berm <br />between the river and the mine operations is not presently 100' in width; <br />as is required in the permit. The narrowest section is 73' wide. <br />2. There is considerable erosion just downstream from the riprapped bank. <br />3.
