Long <br />Divi span Director <br />As we discussed today at the Coal Staff meeting as-built <br />certifications shotidiid be submitted for sewage ponds with <br />embankments, (Rule 4.05.9). Incised ponds don't have the same <br />requirement. This was a topic brought up by OSM during an <br />oversight and resulted in a TDN. Those folks on Larry's team <br />already got the reminder that many of the sewage lagoons fall under <br />the impoundment regs. so, you may want to check that you have <br />as-builts. <br />.I <br />~' <br />
