We typically have to request that the DMG mail us the "112c nnual
Fee Invoice and Report Request Forms" for the Larimer Counry Quarry and the Dowe Flats
Quarry in advance of the scheduled mailing date. Thus, effective September 1, 1997, we would
like our anniversary dates for all of the above permits to be September 8. This should simplify the
reporting process for both the DMG and Southdown. Please contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
SOUTHD/ Oy/N, INC.
John Loh~rhf~~,
Plant Manager
P.O.
