I rounded the acreage up to 10 acres be- <br />cause I used the (112) application form. <br />Please accept the following corrections to our Silica Quarry <br />Reclamation plan: <br />1. New application form with revised acreage to 9.5 acres. <br />2. Change legal description to read 9.5 acres in the NE 1/4 <br />SW 1/4 Section 20 T 3 N R 70 W of the 6th P.M. <br />3. Change mining plan to read: At present 6.5 acres are opened <br />up and expanded to a maximum of 9.5 acres. <br />4. Change Reclamation Plan to read: The total area to be mined <br />is 9.5 acres. <br />I am sorry for the misunderstanding.
