Cattany <br />FROM: Division of Minerals and Geology oivismn Director <br />~~ ^^ Natural Resource Trustee <br />K`0 <br />RE: Unresolved Problems Noted in^Past Inspection Reports' <br />It has come to the attention of the Division of Minerals and Geology that some problems noted in <br />past mine site inspection reports either have not been corrected, or have been corrected, but <br />documentation of the corrective actions taken were not submitted to our office. <br />Please see the ehclosed inspection report for your mine site, issued as a result of a past inspection <br />of this site.
