Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />13E: Past Due Compliance Issue, 35'" Avenue Pit, Permit No. M-1977-036 <br />Class: Inspection (01!09103) <br />Dear Mr. Reckentine: <br />Upon review of Division records for the 35`h Avenue Pit (Greeley Pit), it has come to our <br />attention that a compliance issue noted on page 4 of the Division's January 9, 2003 inspection <br />report is significantly past due. Specifically, the Division had requested that Lafarge West, Inc. <br />"Submit on or before February 28, 2003 a weed control plan for tamarix in the form of a <br />technicat revision. The weed control plan should include control methods to be implemented <br />and a schedule for when the various control methods will be employed ". In response, the <br />Division requests that you complete the requested coLrecfive action on or before August 31, <br />2004. Or, please advise at your eazliest possible convenience if you have evidence to verify that <br />this requirement has already been met and resolved to the Division's satisfaction.
