To date, we have not <br />received the required Request for Transfer of Permit and Succession of <br />Operator nor the performance warranty for each operation, therefore, <br />Martin-Marietta is stiii the recognized operator. <br />I have enclosed a copy of each of the forms which must be completed for <br />each operation separately. Upon receipt of the properly completed forms, <br />I will schedule the matter for consideration at the next scheduled meeting <br />of the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />I look forward to hearing from you shortly.
