Enclosed you will find the Increase Rider which increases our <br />Reclamation Bond to $ 83,830.00. <br />With respect to Item 1, we ask that you grant us a six-month extension to revise, coordinate, and <br />schedule the work that is necessary to modify our Mining and Reclamation Plan to reflect current <br />conditions. I have scheduled a meeting with our mining consultant, Greg Lewicki, to begin this <br />process. The extension will move our Correction Date to November 12, 2003. <br />Item 1. "Approved Mining and Reclamation Plans were not followed" <br />Corrective Action: Technical Revision necessary -Six-month extension requested <br />Item 2. "Financial Warranty was based on phased operation" <br />Corrective Action: See enclosed Increase Rider that increases the bond to $ 83,830.00 to <br />cover the costs to reclaim the entire site as opposed to one stage. <br />Thank you in advance for accommodating our extension request.
