Operation is not significantly different than when first inspected in December 1980, <br />less depth of mining. <br />2. If the topsoil (peat7) stockpile located at the base of the slope, near the <br />road is for use in final reclamation, the Division would like to commend the operator for <br />this extra effort. <br />3. The highwall along the west side of the pit is unstable. Upon reclamation this <br />highwall will have to be reduced to the final maximum gradient as agreed to in the <br />application. <br />9.
