Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />It has come to the attention of the Division of Minerals and Geology that some problems noted in past <br />mine site inspection reports have not been corrected. Specifically, the shortage of topsoil at the site for <br />reclamation has not yet been addressed. <br />Although Jayne Kuck has contacted this Division multiple times by phone regarding this issue, the <br />situation remains unresolved. Ms. Kuck indicated that the disturbance at the site is all historical and that <br />no work has been performed at the site since the permit was issued. The Division requested photos <br />depicting the site prior to issuance of the permit to confirm this statement.
