OBSERVATIONS OF Ti1PORTANCv:
1. This operation has not yet commenced. Limited haul road building has obviously occurred
but is has not connected up with the county road.
2. The permit application is still imcomplete (Incomplete letter sent 5/5/82).
RE~IDATIONS:
1. Application should be completed as soon as possible such that the 90-day time period for
permit application consideration can begin.
?.. No further work on the site (most especially, mine development or mineral extraction)
should occur until after the permit has been issued.
3. Please call Peter Evans at our Division offices if you have questions about completion
of the permit application.
