Topsoil stockpile was devoid of vegetation. Both topsoil stockpiles were seeded <br />on October 18, -2005. I have attached a copy of the seed receipt with this letter. <br />2. Highwall adjacent to the access road possessed a negative slope. We have <br />corrected that problem. See attached pictures. <br />I apologize for the delay in getting the above two(2) items completed.
