Steve, please consider page 8, Appendix 9.6M, for idendification (added paragraph) of
those checkdams that are silted in and impoundment inpections are no longer required.
Approval of the revised page would demonstrate Division of Minerls and Geology approval.

To be perfectly honest the Minor Revision dropped off my radar when I
was assigned to this effort in Texas. I apologize.
I will be in Denver next week on Thursday and Friday. I will have Rodney
Gaines pull the necessary permit pages so we can get a revision out
quickly. Do you have at hand the pages, or at least the section numbers,
that need changed? That would help in Rodney's efforts to speed the
submittal. Thanks.
