MMG Permit No. <br />M-95-078, which were identified by examinations by DMG, Colorado Lining Company <br />-- _ and=he operator: _ -- - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - <br />a. Were repaired using our plastic extrusion welder: and <br />b.
