Cattany <br />Division Dlrect0! <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has received POLYCOR photos regarding abatement of 2 issues noted during the October <br />31st, 2006 inspection. Correct signage and secondary containment structures are noted and the problems <br />are herby considered resolved. Thank you for your attention in this matter. <br />The Division has received 2 phone calls in regards to the generator exhaust at the site. Staff has <br />explained that POLYCOR has scheduled a removal and replacement of the unit but has no knowledge as <br />to the time frame for the project. It was further explained that the emissions are not within the <br />jurisdiction of the Division so inquiries should be sent to the Division of Air Quality.
