The landowner stopped our reclamation
approximately 4 year ago. To reclaim pit the stockpiles ne~d to be
dispersed to the bottom and covered with topsoil and overbu den. The
landowner wants to retain the stockpiles for their use and ale.
The markers needed to delineate the permit area will be insijalled
within the next 30 days.
The stockpiles of overburden cannot be prevented from slumping without
moving complete pile or wasting it by using it to back slop highwall.
Stockpiled material needs to be placed against the wall. Tlye
landowner does not want the stockpiles disturbed.
If you have any further questions regarding this inspection please
contact me and 1 will be glad to discuss it with you.
~Si e 1
Y,
John F.
