<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on February 12, 2026, a minor revision application (MR-143) <br />to the Bowie No. 1 Mine, Permit No. C-1981-038, operated by Bowie Resources, LLC, P.O. Box 1488, <br />Paonia, CO 81428 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. This revision updates the corporate <br />interests and ownership information in Volumes 1 and 7, the T&E species inventory, and a table with well <br />information. It is a partial response to the Division’s Midterm Permit Review from October 2025. The <br />applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for <br />disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
