Stockebrand: <br /> <br />On December 31, 2025 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Amendment application submitted to the Division on September 24, 2025, addressing the following: <br /> <br />This Amendment Application is to increase the acreage to the south of the current Permit Boundary <br />by an additional 43.04 Acres for a total acreage of 124 Acres. The Mining and Reclamation Plans <br />will not change the processes onsite but will account for the additional acreage. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: awaiting warranty. <br /> <br />The terms of Amendment No. 3 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />1977-053. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1977-053 remain in full force and <br />effect. <br /> <br />The revised liability amount exceeds the financial warranty currently held (see below), please submit <br />additional bond or a rider to your existing bond that equals or exceeds the Revised Liability.
