The application was deemed complete on December 12, <br />2025. <br /> <br />Deserado Mine is requesting the ability to extend the existing line footprint an additional 3,059 feet <br />within existing disturbance to optimize the system. The applicant is not proposing additional surface <br />disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the RH.Record_Holders and at the Division’s Denver office.
