<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of 112c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application <br /> <br />DATE: December 1, 2025 <br /> <br />TO: Colorado Parks and Wildlife NW <br />Northwest Region Manager <br />NW Region Administrative Office <br />711 Independent Ave. <br />Grand Junction, CO 81505 <br /> <br />RE: C 1/2 Road Gravel Pit, File No. M-2025-049 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on December 1, 2025, M & D Enterprises, LLC, whose address and telephone number are 1058 <br />23 Road, Grand Junction, CO 81505; (970) 250-2453, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and <br />reclamation operation, at or near Section 19, Township 1S, Range 1E, UEth Principle Meridian, in Mesa County. <br />Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands <br />will be reclaimed to support a(n) Residential post-mining land use.
