COnfidential and non-confidential versions <br />have been submitted. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. Accept proposed of Rock Bolting plan as means <br />for immediate final reclmation and highwall stabilization in the event of revocation and forfeture. <br />Bond will be adjusted under a seperate revision. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 9 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-1982-121.
