MV 2025-070) for failure to submit the required annual <br /> report, map, and fee in accordance with C.R.S. § 34-32.5-116(3)(a) and(b). On September 12, <br /> 2025, the Division received the required annual report, map, and fee. Therefore, the Division has <br /> withdrawn this matter from consideration by the Mined Land Reclamation Board(MLRB) and a <br /> hearing will not be held during the September 17-18, 2025, MLRB meeting regarding this issue. <br /> The civil penalty assessed for MV 2025-070 is $791. This civil penalty is due and payable by <br /> October 15, 2025.
