Therefore, Summit Brick is requesting a <br /> full release of this mine. This full release request will supersede the technical revision <br /> request(TR-02)previously submitted by Summit Brick. <br /> The permit contains 200 acres and is located on BLM owned land. No land has been <br /> disturbed by Summit Brick under this permit on the BLM owned land. There are pre-law <br /> disturbed areas on the BLM owned land. The portion of the disturbed area that was <br /> located on private property has already been fully reclaimed and released. <br /> Please let me know if you need anything further in order to process this full release <br /> request.
