The application was deemed complete on August 26, 2025. <br /> <br />With Technical Revision no. 158 (TR-158), Mountain Coal Company seeks to permit the construction <br />of four new Mine Ventilation Boreholes (MVBs) above the B26 longwall panel, on four pads of <br />approximately half an acre each, together with 879’ of new road. The applicant is proposing <br />additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Delta County Clerk and Recorder, 501 Palmer Street, Room 211, Delta, <br />CO 81416; Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, CO 81230 and at <br />the Division’s Denver office.
