Wadsworth Littleton, CO 80128 FROM: Nikie Gagnon RE: North Star Pit - File No. M-2012-004, Superior Oilfield Services Co., LTD Amendment (AM-3) to add 9.20 acres to the permit area Please be advised that on August 19, 2025, Superior Oilfield Services Co., LTD, whose address and telephone number are 2986 W. 29th St., #12-13, Greeley, CO 80631; (970) 352-4444, filed an application for an Amendment (AM- 3) to M2012004, North Star Pit, which is located approximately 6 miles West of Hereford, Section 22, Township 12N, Range 63W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County. Amendment to add 9.20 acres to the permit area. A decision date has been set for November 17, 2025.Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Nikie Gagnon at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 527-1640. Superior Oilfield Services Co., LTD is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your comments or any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Division will assume you have no objection or comment to the proposed activity. M-GR-03A-P
